Returns, Refunds, Change of Mind, Cancellations & Exchanges

COOLING OFF PERIOD – Custom, Personalised & Made-to-Order items
Please ensure you select your items carefully before purchasing.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations or change of mind after 3 hours of purchasing will not be provided on custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products.
Rush order payments are non-refundable as we commence on your order as soon as it is received.

Any returns agreed to or warranted will be credited back to the same card used for the initial transaction.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CHANGE OF MIND IS NOT AVAILABLE ON CUSTOMISED, PERSONALISED OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.
Exchanges & Change of mind is only available for standard already made items.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to you (buyer) and must not have been used. Please contact us via email and we will walk you through our process. Please note that we will require: Photos of the items & your order/ invoice number.
If it is agreed for you to return the item/s: A store credit for the value of the item/s to use within 1 month will be issued less the initial shipping cost. (Shipping will not be credited).

Buyer is also responsible for the postage of the item being returned to us. 

REFUNDS AFTER ARTWORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO YOU
Should you cancel or have your order refunded after you have received artwork/ design proof of your order; the following administration fees will be held for completion & time spent on creating the artwork your item:

ADMINISTRATION FEES

Items value $30.00 and under - $7.00 AUD
Items value $30.01 to $50.00 - $10.00 AUD
Items value $50.01 to $150.00- $20.00 AUD
Items value $150.01 and upwards - $40.00 AUD

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please contact us immediately via email if you have received the wrong item. We will walk you through the process to return the item and have the correct item resent to you.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. This is for both standard product/items & custom, personalised & made-to-order items.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

Please contact us immediately via email with a photo of the product and the packaging box damage. We will then walk you through the process to return the item and have a replacement item resent to you.
