Are you able to provide rush orders?
We certainly can provide RUSH ORDERS! Each item has a button you can click to have your items rushed. Additional charges apply. Rush Order production time is 1 - 3 business days + postage.
If an artwork review is included in your order, processing time may change. This will depend on how quickly you can approve the design.
How long before I receive my order?
The time to create your items vary depending on production demands but as an average 1-6 business days then shipment time is on top of this.
Please keep in mind that during peak seasons such as Christmas and Wedding seasons, we tend to become very busy fulfilling orders and production times may vary.
If you have a deadline for your items to arrive, please reach out to us first.
Do you provide design proofs/ artwork with all orders?
Not all orders have this included so please check the item description before purchasing.
For some of our custom/ personalised items; the design proof/ artwork is provided for you to double-check before we commence your order.
Artwork is sent through to your email within 2 business days (excluding public holidays & Sundays).
If we do not hear back from you (for changes to the artwork) within business 4 days, your items will be created with the colours, information, wording & styles you have selected and provided.
Do you provide discounts & packages?
We run promotions which include discounts, frequently on Instagram & Facebook. So feel free to follow us to be notified.
Further discounts on bulk orders, may be possible however we have minimum requirements for each item. Please contact us in advance to discuss quantities and options.
Bulk Discounts are available on Coat Hangers: Minimum of 30.
SHIPPING
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times provided in the description of each item are estimates only.
Our main shipping provider Australia Post may experience delays in delivery times due to high volumes of parcels being delivered during pandemics, weather events or peak seasons.
Some delivery time frames can be as long as 3-4 weeks for standard post within Australia during peak times such as Christmas.
We offer offer Standard & Express post as options during checkout.
Australia Post provides up-to-date information on known disruptions affecting postal services around the world and estimated delivery times for domestic & international orders.

What happens if I provided the wrong mailing address?
Please ensure that you double-check your mailing address before making your purchase.
If your items are returned to us due to:
- an incorrect delivery address
- mail redirection
- is undeliverable due to item not collected and returned to sender
In these instances an extra postage fee will apply to resend the item/s to you. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
In the event that we do not receive the additional postage fee, your items will be held for a duration of 6 months from date of purchase and then items will be discarded and no refunds provided.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
In the event that your parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons, then this will change your estimated delivery date due to the returning of the item/s to us.
No refunds will be given on custom-made items if the redelivery will arrive after your desired/ required date as the original delay was not caused by us (Bell & Beau Design Co).
What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
On very rare occasions your parcel may arrive damaged.
Please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery to discuss.
We will need:
- Images of the item with the damage including the box that it was delivered in.
We will then assess and advise on the next steps.
In most cases items will then need to be taken to Australia Post for further assessment in order to provide any reimbursement.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations or change of mind.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations or change of mind after 3 hours of purchasing will not be provided on custom-made, made to order, personalised or non-standard or customised products.
