This in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellations & Delivery & Shipping policies, govern www.bellandbeau.com.au’s relationship with you in relation to your use of this website.
AMENDMENTS OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
We (Bell & Beau Design Co) may occasionally make alterations to our Terms and Conditions and as such, reserve the right to make such modifications without notice or consequence.
Any changes to our processes and procedures that will affect our Terms and Conditions and therefore our customers, will be published on our website and will take immediate effect from their time of publication.
If you choose to use our website, then this will be regarded as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and www.bellandbeau.com.au’s rights and obligations to each other.
COPYWRITE
All graphics, images, products & designs on this site are the sole proprietary of Bell & Beau Design Co and are covered by copyright. Any breaches or instances of our images, graphics, products & designs used in other platforms, redistributed or reproduced without the appropriate permissions will be pursued.
Any breaches of copywrite will be taken seriously. Bell & Beau Design Co will hold the named breacher fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain (ethically and/or financially).
Furthermore, the breacher will be held accountable for all profits that have been made from the unpermitted and improper use of our designs, images & products. Bell & Beau Design Co reserve the right to exclude and deny any person/s access to our website, services or information at our own discretion.
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING OF DESIGNS CREATED
Bell & Beau Design Co reserve the right to distribute on all social media platforms & website; all designs, artwork and final imagery of items designed for the customer unless otherwise specifically previously advised.
This means Bell & Beau Design Co owns all the copyright pertaining to your order. The customer may not redistribute or reproduce part, or all the artwork or designs supplied.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due at time of purchasing. This also includes any artworks/ design proofs.
CURRENCY
All dollar amounts are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all pricing includes GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
TURNAROUND & PRODUCTION TIMES
Our lead times vary depending on production demands but as an average 1-6 business days then shipment time is on top of this.
Please keep in mind that during peak seasons such as Christmas and Wedding seasons, we tend to become very busy fulfilling orders and production times may vary.
For custom items with design proofs – the quicker the artwork is approved and finalised, then the quicker we are able to manufacturer it. Any delays in approving your artwork may result in added days in production.
DESIGN PROOFS & ARTWORK
PRODUCTION & ORDER PROCESS
One we receive your order & payment; we commence your order immediately.
For standard, non-custom items:
Your order will go into production usually within 2 business days.
Items with design proof/ artwork included:
The initial draft will be sent to you via email within 2 business days to review & approve or ask for amendments. Three designs drafts are permitted per design.
Once approved; we will commence creating your custom item.
If you would like to cancel your custom order (with artwork/ design proofs included) after the artwork has been supplied to you, the following administration fees will be held for completion & time spent on creating the artwork your item:
ADMINISTRATION FEES
Items value $30.00 and under - $9.50 AUD
Items value $30.01 to $50.00 - $15.00 AUD
Items value $50.01 to $150.00- $37.00 AUD
Items value $150.01 and upwards - $55.00 AUD
ARTWORK ERRORS & OMISSIONS
If you make an error and notice after your order has been placed, please call us immediately to rectify before the design and production process begins.
No refund or exchange will be provided for products with customer errors. Orders are unable to be cancelled if the production process has already commenced.
COLOURS
Due to different monitor & screens settings, the lighting in the installation (where the image was taken) – there may be differences in the overall colour.
All colour samples shown on each item are a guide only. Items purchased on separate timeframes/ days may not match in identical colour due to changes in manufacturing of the base product.
For wood items, Due to the natural nature of wood, variations in grain, wood knots, appearance or otherwise, is not considered a fault and is instead reflective of the uniqueness of each item.
FONTS
All our fonts have been carefully selected and curated. We do not disclose the names of fonts or typefaces under any circumstance as commercial licenses have been used and we reserve the right to protect our designs.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bell & Beau Design Co assume that the customer is aware of any import duties and/or taxes that apply within each region/ country where the item is being sent.
Bell & Beau Design Co are not responsible for any payment of import duties & taxes or will we be responsible for any delays or item seizures due to customs in the receiving country.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

DISCOUNTED SALES ITEMS
Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. This is for both standard product/items & custom/ personalised orders.

PROMOTIONS
Bell & Beau Design Co offer promotions occasionally which include discount codes, vouchers & giveaways.
Promotions are only valid for the duration as specified with each individual offer. To redeem, all conditions must be complied with to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits.
Bell & Beau Design Co reserve the right to cancel, suspend, cancel & modify and such promotions at any given time without notice or consequences. A maximum of only 1 discount code can be redeemed per transaction.

Any personal information that is provided to us throughout your visit to Bell & Beau Design Co via our website, email, or via our social media channels, will be always governed by our Privacy Policy.
