SHIPPING & DELIVERY OF GOODS

Below is our shipping & delivery policy. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with this policy together with the returns & cancellations policies prior to purchasing. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance.

 

PROVIDERS

Our main shipping provider Australia Post may experience delays in delivery times due to high volumes of parcels being delivered during pandemics, weather events or peak seasons.

Australia Post provides up-to-date information on known disruptions affecting postal services around the world and estimated delivery times for domestic & international orders.

PRICING

All items are calculated on the size of parcel & weight, whether you require standard or express postage and your location.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Delivery times provided in the description of each item are estimates only. 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING TIMES

4-10 business days, Express 1-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

12-25 business days, Express 8-18 business days

 

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT OR DELIVERY

We ensure that all items are packaged with care and to the standards of Australia Post.

If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email. Please provide the following details in the email:

  • Invoice/ order number.
  • Photos of the item/s and the packaging.

We will then collate the information to provide to Australia Post. We will then notify you of your claim number.

Once you receive your claim number; you will need to attend your local Australia Post office to hand in the items including the packaging.

The claim will then be assessed, and the outcome will be advised to you. This process can take up to 10 business days to complete.

 

RETURNED MAIL & RE-DELIVERY

Please ensure that you double-check your mailing address before making your purchase.

If your items are returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, mail redirection, or is undeliverable due to the item not collected and/ or returned to sender; in these instances, an extra postage fee will apply to resend the item/s. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

If your parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons, then this will change your estimated delivery date due to the returning of the item/s to us.

No refunds will be given on custom-made items if the redelivery will arrive after your desired/ required date as the original delay was not caused by us (Bell & Beau Design Co).

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bell & Beau Design Co assume that the customer is aware of any import duties and/or taxes that apply within each region/ country where the item is being sent.

Bell & Beau Design Co are not responsible for any payment of import duties & taxes or will we be responsible for any delays or item seizures due to customs in the receiving country.
