Three design drafts are permitted per sign. Purchase is for sign only. Flowers, easels and other styling items are not included.

Acrylic and wood colours may vary due to different device/s & or screen settings, the lighting in the installation location & slight differences in product finishes over time.

Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of purchasing. Any cancellations made after your artwork has been created will incur a design fee. Please refer to Terms & Conditions - Administration fees.

Current average production is 3-7 business days and shipping time is on top of this. Please note that times may vary depending on peak seasons.

To help prevent bowing of your sign, store flat and out of direct sunlight prior to your event. Make sure you handle items with care especially when transporting.

ACRYLIC ITEMS
In the lead up to your event make sure you store them flat in a cool place until they are ready to be displayed. To help avoid scratches on the surface please keep them in their pack.
